This is how we support your event and make it Safe
Team on site
If you decide to collaborate with us, we will send a professional team of approximately 10 to 15 people to your event. We will focus exclusively on creating and installing multiple safe points (tents located throughout the city to inform and assist attendees with safety-related matters), managing emergency requests through our Safelee app, and providing support to any of your volunteers or team members during the event.
Creating safe spaces
To ensure everyone has a place to turn to if they feel overwhelmed, struggle with large crowds, loud noises, bright lighting, or simply need a small break, we will create one or more safe points during your event. These safe spaces will be designed to meet the needs of communities such as neurodivergent individuals, people with reduced mobility, women... and will be supervised and managed by our team.
App to manage everything
We will implement our Safelee app at your event. Users will be able to register their attendance at your event through the app. By doing so, they will send valuable information to your team such as their preferences or needs (e.g., if someone is sensitive to loud noises). You'll be able to send them notifications announcing the safe space or the ideal location for them and inform them when a concert is about to start, among other updates. Additionally, if someone needs help, they can press the emergency button. This will send a notification to both our team and yours with the person's current location and the vital information needed to assist them.
